Welcoming Joseph W. Curtis as New Advancement Director

We at ReFrame Ministries are pleased to welcome Joseph W. Curtis as our new Advancement Director. Joseph brings with him more than 20 years of leadership and fundraising experience, a deep commitment to the Christian faith, and a passion for driving positive change within communities.

As he leads the advancement team and efforts, Joseph’s primary goal is to foster a strong connection with supporters, ensuring that donors understand ReFrame's mission and feel globally connected, becoming lifelong partners in the ministry's work.

“I am so excited to become a leader with Reframe Ministries to help share Christianity across the globe,” Joseph said.

Joseph and his wife Dr. Tanisha Curtis, have four children.

“We’re grateful and excited for Joseph joining the ReFrame team," said Kurt Selles, executive director of ReFrame Ministries. "His dedication to the Christian faith, along with his extensive experience in fundraising and community engagement, will contribute significantly to our mission."

More about Joseph’s Experience
For 21 years, Joseph contributed his talents with the Boy Scouts of America, in Phoenix, Arizona, where his last position was Chief Operating Officer, Director of Development, and Chief Diversity Officer. Most recently, he worked for The Salvation Army in Phoenix, Arizona, and later in Grand Rapids, where he led all aspects of their fundraising campaigns and board recruitment.

Joseph's volunteer work includes organizing youth career fairs for kids in foster care. He also volunteers regularly at Davidic Church in Grand Rapids, and with his children’s sporting and scholastic activities.
