"Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!"

This illustrates a parable: Jesus said that a master entrusted his property to three servants who were stewards. When he came to settle accounts, two were faithful and were rewarded, and one was punished for being unfaithful in handling the money entrusted to him by the master.
